When you submit the RFQ form or contact us, we may collect your name, company, work email, country, product interest, monthly volume, message, and any files you choose to send.

When you use the website chat, we may collect the messages you send and basic technical information needed to operate the service.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use this to understand site performance and improve the site.
