Ask on WhatsAppIf you run an automatic pillow machine, single-wound POF is the usual choice. For an L-sealer, use folded POF — low-temperature grades give a better result on heat-sensitive products. For low volume or irregular shapes, use shrink bags or arc bags.
POF and PE are typically TD 0–55% and MD 50–80%; high-shrink grades reach 65–78%. PVC is 10–55%. We can adjust the formulation for your product shape and tunnel.
Common thicknesses are 10, 12, 15, 19, 25, 30, and 40 µm. Thin film is not always cheaper in practice: if it breaks during stretching or shrinking, a slightly heavier grade reduces downtime. We will recommend based on product weight and edge sharpness.
Usually the bag is too large, the tunnel temperature is too low, the blower speed is too low, or the film quality is inconsistent. Try a tighter bag, higher tunnel temperature, higher blower speed, or a more consistent film.
Too much heat. Lower the tunnel temperature, increase conveyor speed, or add more ventilation holes so the air escapes faster.
Uneven shrink is usually temperature distribution, conveyor speed, or film consistency. Fogging is often trapped air or too much heat. Check the tunnel airflow, add ventilation holes, and confirm the film grade with us.
PVC is lower cost, clear, and shrinks at low temperature, but its environmental profile is weaker and some markets restrict it. POF is food-safe, tougher, and more widely accepted for food and retail. We will confirm what your market accepts.
Yes — single-material PE shrink film is available for export customers with recyclability requirements. Typical thickness is 15–19 µm; width and length can be customized.
