Materials
The seal is a system: film, substrate, heat, pressure, and dwell. Tell us what you fill and we will recommend the film and sealing window.
For PP cups, trays, and containers. Good heat resistance and a clean peel for dairy, ready meals, and food service.
For PE and selected PP trays. A cost-effective option for food service, industrial closures, and high-volume lines.
For PET cups, bottles, and trays. High clarity and good printability for retail-facing packs.
For PS and ABS cups and trays. Good clarity and a reliable seal for dairy, dessert, and food service.
Aluminum and metallized structures for high-barrier, retort, and long-shelf-life applications. Not reusable after opening.
Sealing film for paper and coated paper containers, including selected recyclable and compostable structures. Confirm the grade for your market.

Skyvac®
A modified-atmosphere lid developed for fresh and cooked food in supermarkets. Flat seal, no wrinkle under refrigeration, and haze ≤8%.
Skyvac anti-fog modified-atmosphere film is designed for fresh produce, meat, and prepared food. The lid stays flat in cold storage, resists fogging at 0–4°C, and keeps the product visible.
How to specify
Most sealing problems start with an incomplete spec. Send these four answers and we can quote and sample faster.
PP, PE, PET, PS, PVC, ABS, aluminum, or paper. The resin decides the film chemistry.
Cup diameter, tray dimensions, corner radius, and flange width. A drawing or sample is ideal.
Easy peel, clean peel, or a permanent seal. This changes the film structure and seal window.
Hot fill, cold fill, retort, or modified atmosphere. Temperature and pressure affect the seal.
Share your substrate, dimensions, filling process, and target peel. We will confirm the film, MOQ, and lead time — and send a sample for your sealing trial.
FAQ
Send a WhatsApp message with your tray type and a photo of the current lid — we will tell you what we need to quote.
Ask on WhatsAppStandard sealing film starts from 100 kg. A first trial can be arranged; the exact MOQ depends on format and print.
Yes. We print logos, patterns, and text on roll stock and die-cut lids, with easy-peel or strong-seal options. Artwork proof is approved before production.
Usually temperature, time, pressure, or lid alignment. Check the sealing parameters, make sure the lid is flat, and confirm the film matches the tray. Our Skyvac anti-fog film is designed to stay flat under refrigeration.
Common causes: insufficient temperature or pressure, contamination on the rim, a lid that is too small, or a pinhole in the film. Clean the rim, adjust the sealing window, and test with a vacuum leak check.
Yes. High heat or a thick adhesive layer can make peeling difficult. We can supply an easy-peel structure and adjust the seal window for a cleaner open.
Our anti-fog sealing film targets haze ≤8% and can keep the lid clear for 48h+ at 0–4°C. Performance depends on the food, pack atmosphere, and storage; we will send a sample for your test.
No. Once the aluminum lid is peeled, the sealing layer is destroyed and the seal cannot be reused.
Send a tray and lid sample, or run a seal test and vacuum leak check. We supply PP, PE, PVC, PET, PS, ABS, aluminum, paper, and glass-container films, in easy-peel and strong-seal versions.
